1. Shipping and Delivery: shipments are made via GLS courier.

Estimated delivery time: 4/5 days (6/7 for the islands)
Delivery cost: 6,00€, free for orders over 35,00€

2. Returns and Refunds

It is possible to return a product within 14 days from the receipt of the package. If you are willing to proceed to the restitution you must notify it promptly at ecommerce@optimaprofessional.it
The substantial integrity of the product is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The restitution of any purchase is at the customer’s expense, and the product must be addressed to Farina Augusto Srl, Via dell’Industria 70, 29122 Piacenza (PC), Italy.
Upon receipt of the merchandise and once verified its integrity, we will refund the returned products as quickly as possible, withholding, when necessary, the amount of the shipping charges, which remain at the customer’s expense.
